1. Hardware Returns
1.1 Return Window
- 30 days from delivery date for full refund
- 31-90 days: Exchange or store credit only
- After 90 days: Warranty claims only

1.3 Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship to our return address (we provide prepaid label for manufacturing defects)
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the product
1.4 Refund Method
- Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
- Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after processing
- Store credit: Instant, valid for 1 year
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime—subscription continues until end of billing period
- No refunds for partial months
- You can downgrade to Free plan anytime
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Within 14 days: Full refund minus any Pro features used
- After 14 days: Prorated refund (remaining months at monthly rate)
- Example: Cancel 6 months in = 6 months × ₹99 deducted from ₹999 annual = ₹405 refund
3. Pre-Order Refunds
- Before shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
- After shipping: Standard return policy applies
- Pre-order discounts are non-transferable

5. Shipping Costs
- Defective product: We pay return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping (₹100-200)
- Wrong item shipped: We pay all shipping costs
6. Exceptions
- Products purchased during flash sales may have modified return windows
- Bundled products must be returned as complete bundle
- Promotional items may be non-refundable (clearly stated at purchase)
